The plain-English rules for using Moonseed.
1. Who can use Moonseed
Moonseed is for UK residents aged 18 or over. You must use your own real details, your own account, and your own payout details. One welcome bonus and one first crypto cashout bonus are available per person and household unless Moonseed says otherwise in writing.
2. Service changes
Features, offers, reward amounts, payout methods, and tracking rules may change as Moonseed develops. We will try to keep pages clear and current, but obvious mistakes, display errors, or incorrect data do not create a right to a reward.
3. Offers and partner tracking
Offers may be provided by third-party partners. You must follow the partner offer terms, including eligibility, timing, purchase, cancellation, duplicate-account, and tracking requirements. Rewards can stay pending until partners confirm valid completion. If a partner declines, reverses, or fails to track an offer, Moonseed may be unable to pay that reward.
4. Moonsteps and Seed Pot
Moonsteps unlock in sequence. Your Seed Pot may show pending, estimated, or confirmed amounts. Pending amounts are not withdrawable. Confirmed balance is the amount Moonseed has marked as confirmed after partner validation.
5. Bonuses and withdrawals
The £5 welcome bonus is added to your Seed Pot after verified signup, but it is not withdrawable by itself. Withdrawal unlocks after all 10 Moonsteps are complete, your Seed Pot has at least £10, and relevant rewards are confirmed. Your first crypto withdrawal may receive an extra £5 bonus once withdrawal is ready. Payouts are usually expected within 5-10 working days after withdrawal confirmation.
Referral rewards
A member earns £5 when a referred friend joins through their unique link, completes all 10 Moonsteps, and reaches at least £10 in their Seed Pot. The referred friend still receives the normal welcome bonus. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false details, manipulated tracking, or other abuse do not qualify.
6. Crypto and bank payouts
Crypto payout is optional. You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address and checking network details before confirming a withdrawal. Crypto transactions may involve fees, delays, volatility, and irreversible transfers. Bank payout is available if you prefer not to use crypto.
7. Fraud, abuse, and security reviews
Moonseed may delay, refuse, reverse, or withhold rewards where information does not match, fraud or abuse is suspected, multiple accounts are detected, tracking looks manipulated, offer terms are breached, or legal/security checks require it.
8. Contact and complaints
For support, missing rewards, payout questions, or complaints, use the Moonseed support form. Choose the problem, Moonstep, and offer so we can investigate it properly.
